Our main goal is to manage our quiet but central located small hotel, with its cosy flair, friendly staff and with high personal engagement.

In short – we want to “anticipate your every wish”, enjoy and stay with your family and friends in the typical “Salzburgian hospitality” and “Austrian charm” during the most beautiful days in the year.

Sissi Stieg welcomes you and will help to make your stay fun, easygoing and relaxing in our beautiful Gastein.

Tourists information

A.) By car from north:
From Salzburg take the A10 “Tauernautobahn” motorway. Leave the motorway at the Bischofshofen exit, and continue via St. Johann to Bad Gastein.

B.) By car from south:
From Villach take the A10 “Tauernautobahn” motorway. Leave the motorway at the Bischofshofen exit, and continue via St. Johann to Bad Gastein.

C.) Alternative toll-free-route from north:
Take the Munich to Salzburg motorway. Leave the motorway at Siegsdorf and continue via Inzell, Lofer, Saalfelden and Zell am See to Bad Gastein.

D.) Alternative toll-free-route from south:
From Villach take the A10 “Tauernautobahn” motorway. Leave the motorway at the Lienz exit, and continue via Kolbnitz, Mallnitz with the motorail train (every hour till 10 p.m.) to Bad Gastein

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children from 7 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 13 to 16 years are charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 1.45 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: No internet access available.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 8.00 per person.

Parking: Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 4.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
