Room information

The hotel's rooms have exclusive furnishings, including an elegant marble bath and a flat screen TV. Rooms are also air conditioned and have complimentary toiletries, soft cotton bath towels, plush terry bathrobes and, on request, foam pillows for allergy sufferers. You will also find a complimentary bottle of mineral water, a bowl of fruit and freshly cut flowers in your room upon arrival.

Food and beverages

Enjoy your start to the day with an exclusive buffet breakfast in the Grand Cafe, which boasts a unique wall mosaic by Leopold Forstner, a student of Gustav Klimt.

The Wiesler Restaurant offers international and typical regional cuisine. It also offers a wine culture, which includes not only the products of the top-notch wineries, but also products of the talented young wine producers from Styria and Burgenland. Our extensive wine list contains an array of outstanding as well as classical wines. Every year the Hotel Wiesler hosts the season’s first wine tasting event.

Wine tasting events can organised on request.

Area information

The hotel is ideally located in the city centre, right on the river Mur.

Important landmarks such as the Kunsthaus, the Armoury, the Clocktower and the Convention Centre are all within walking distance of the hotel.

Tourists information

Arrival by car:
- follow exits marked Graz-Zentrum (city centre)
- follow yellow signs for Grand Hotel.
Parking is available in the hotel garage. There is also a valet service at your disposal.

Arrival by train:
It takes only minutes from Graz main station by taxi or tram (lines 3 and 6).

Arrival by plane:
Most major airlines service Graz daily.

Airport shuttle service is available near to the hotel:
(please take station "Griesplatz" if there is no stop at "Hotel Weitzer")
Taxi transfer: around 20 minutes for approximately EUR 20

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 38.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
