From here you can quickly reach Innsbruck's historical attractions on foot by taking a pleasant stroll along the traffic free walkway which lines the Inn and Sill rivers, offering you excellent views of the Old Town.

After a tiring day of sightseeing you can return to the hotel and relax in the sauna, solarium or steam bath.

Golden Roof (1.1 km) - built in 1500 for the Holy Roman Emperor, Maximilian I, the roof of this balcony has 3000 gold-plated copper tiles.

Bergisel Ski Jump (2.2 km) - a new ski ramp opened here in 2003.

Ambras Castle (2.2 km) - see the extensive armour collection on show at this impressive castle.

By car from the A12 motorway:
- Exit the motorway at 'Innsbruck Ost'.
- Follow the 'yellow route'.
- Signs towards the hotel will show you when to leave the route and guide you to the hotel.
