A very traditional hotel located in the city center, totally renovated, with a typical Tyrolean atmosphere. The restaurant offers international and Austrian dishes. Since over 100 years owned and personally managed by the Sailer family which takes care of their guests.

The hotel is situated in the centre of Innsbruck, a 3 minute walk from the train station and an 8 minute walk from the Golden Roof.

Tourists information

A 12 motorway ("Vignette" toll ticket required!) from the east and west, a toll road crosses the Arlberg tunnel. A 13 motorway from the south; toll road starting from Innsbruck. Federal road number 182 to the Brenner pass. Excellent road network to and from Innsbruck. To East Tirol via the Felbertauern tunnel or via the Pustertal valley (Italy).

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 45.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
