Area information

We are located approximately 300 meters from the centre of the village - a very quiet location but everything is very easy and fast to reach. The entrance to one of the many bike and hike ways is just across the street.

Tourists information

From Germany: Take the Motorway A8 Munich - direction Salzburg - take the exit SIEGSDORF - direction Lofer - and follow the street in direction Zell/See - its then best to use the tunnel before Zell/See - you will come directly to the street to KAPRUN

From Switzerland: Inntal Motorway - take the exit to Felbertauern at WÖRGL - you will then go in direction Kitzbühel - Saalfelden - Zell/See - KAPRUN

From Italy and Slovenia: Take the Motorway A1 - direction Salzburg - at Bischofshofen you take the highway exit to direction Zell/See. Approximately after 45 km you will then reach KAPRUN

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 4 to 6 years are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
One child from 7 to 12 years is charged EUR 45.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
One child from 13 to 15 years is charged EUR 50.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
