Our hotel is open from early December to mid April and from early June to end of September.

The hotel is not accessible for disabled people.

Food and beverages

Enjoy our gourmet kitchen's culinary delicacies in the conservatory or in any of the numerous dining rooms. We offer regional specialties, a buffet experience or the art of classical cuisine. All this will have your mouth watering with anticipation.

Let the day end in cosy atmosphere, accompanied by a glass of wine, in our "Rössl" bar.

Area information

In the heart of Saalbach, direct in the pedestrian precinct lies Hotel Neuhaus. This is a place combining nature and relaxation.

Tourists information

- From the east: Westautobahn (motorway A1) from Vienna to Salzburg. At Salzburg motorway intersection continue on the Tauernautobahn (motorway A 10) in the direction of Villach until the "Bischofshofen" junction, continue on the B 311 towards Zell am See, Maishofen, Saalbach Hinterglemm.

- Journey from Germany:
Take the Munich-Salzburg motorway (A8) until the "Siegsdorf" exit. Continue towards Inzell. Keep on going until you reach a junction marked "Lofer". At Steinpaß you cross the border to Austria and continue until you reach Lofer. From there continue to Saalfelden and the head towards Zell am See. In Maishofen you reach the "Glemmtal" junction. From there it's just another 14 km to Saalbach Hinterglemm.

- Journey by train:
The nearest train station is at Zell am See. Train information is supplied by the ÖBB (Austrian Railroad). From Zell am See the Postbus-Service, which runs every one to two hours, will take you to Saalbach Hinteglemm. Alternatively you'll find a taxi stand in front of the Zell am See train station.


- Journey by plane:
The nearest international airport is at Salzburg. All major airlines fly to and from Salzburg. From there a shuttle service is available.

Please note: children discount are not calculated in the total sum and will be charged directly at the hotel. Additional beds and baby cots are on request only and have to be confirmed by the hotel.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 14.00 per night and person for cots.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 1.10 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas only and costs EUR 6.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: Half board is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free Public parking is possible on streets nearby.
