Our inn "Eva-Maria" is situated at the bottom of the Mönchsberg on protected landscape territory. Only 12-15 walking distance to the festival houses and in the old town (Getreidegasse Mozarts birth house).

From the south (Carinthia-Italy) exit Salzburg South 3 km straight ahead Alpenstrasse (turn left Friedensstrasse) 1 km ahead, then
traffic light Sinnhubstrasse turn left another 800 m in the street

From Germany (also from Vienna) exit Salzburg Mitte 2 km straight
ahead then turn right Maxglaner Hauptstrasse 1 km then turn right
Leopoldskroner Str. (drive to swimmingpool Leopoldskron ) go aheed
turn left then to Sinnhubstrasse turn left again (150 meters) to street
number 25

Remarks

Please note: arrival before 6 p.m., if you are
a little bit delayed please call us because the front desk is only open
until 8 p.m., room key locks the front door

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge for extra beds.
All children from 3 to 12 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
