The charming, comfortable interior echoes this and is enhanced by the team of hospitable staff who are on hand from 06:30 to 23:00. With just 40 classically styled bedrooms, some with its own balcony overlooking the city or garden, the intimate scale and personal nature of the hotel is appealing.

Area information

Numerous historic sights, including the stunning Mirabell Gardens, are within walking distance from the hotel. Visit the Getreidegasse – one of Salzburg’s most prominent streets, or marvel at the beauty of the cities architecture. The public swimming pool is only 100 metres from the hotel. For business travellers, events at Salzburg Congress Centre are easily reachable.

Arrival by car:
To make it easier to find our hotel, it has been added to a local hotel routing system, divided into 4 hotel zones (red, yellow, green, orange). The NH Carlton is located in the orange zone.
- Take the motorway exit for Salzburg Mitte and follow the orange hotel route until you reach the hotel.

Arrival by train:
Take bus number 5 or number 1 towards the centre. Alight at the Kongresshaus stop. Or you can take a taxi (around EUR 6).

Arrival by plane:
Take bus number 2 to the Kongresshaus stop. Or you can take a taxi (around EUR 15).

Remarks

The hotel is not accessible for disabled persons.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.
All further children under 16 years are charged EUR 39.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 39.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
