Short description

Our hotel is situated on a small hill near the promenade and Seefeld centre, yet in a quiet neighbourhood. It is a modern 4-star hotel offering many facilities and comforts.

Located amongst mountainous scenery, our hotel offers wonderful views that can be enjoyed form the garden and terrace. The surrounding area allows for a number of activities, such as walking, cycling and horse riding, as well as skiing in the winter.

Inside the hotel you will find a bar to enjoy a variety of beverages. There is also a sauna, jacuzzi, fitness centre and massage is available to held you relax. There is also a children’s play area for our younger guests.

We have single and double guest rooms. Guest rooms are inspired by different ages and worlds: Tibet lies next to New York, and 'Modern Times' comes after 'Prince Eugen'.

Food and beverages

Our sunny breakfast hall offers a peaceful and pleasant ambiance and
a nutritious breakfast buffet with fresh fruit, different kinds of bread, farm products, fresh egg dishes and much more. We also offer a late breakfast for those who prefer to sleep longer.

Please note that for a late arrival the A-Vita Viktoria will charge you the total cost of your original scheduled stay.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
All children from 6 to 11 years are charged 25 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
One older child or adult is charged 35 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 10 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free Private parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
