Tourists information

From north South and west: direction Villach, go straight towards Klagenfurt (highway A2) til exit Velden-West.

From East, go towards Villach (highway A2) and take the exit Velden-West.

After 1.9 km from the exit, you will find a roundabout, go towards Velden Zentrum. After 1 km, you will arrive at Karawankenplats, from there drive towards the lake (pass by Schloss Velden). After Sporthotel Berger follow signs to our hotel.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
One child from 3 to 6 years is charged 45 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
One child from 6 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
