Should you wish to get tickets for the opera or attend a special exhibition, Josefstadt Apartments maintains a ticket service. By public transport:
- Take metro U6 until Alser Strasse stop or take the U2 until Schottentor
Station.
- Tram and bus stops are also close to the apartments.
- A taxi stand is directly in front of the house.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.

Deposit Policy: 25 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
