The residence Belvedere Apartments is housed in a charming old building from the Gründerzeit. The property is located in the third district, within walking distance of the most important sights.

A particularly green Vienna with the wonderful Schlosspark Belvedere and its fascinating trick fountains and exotic plants of the Botanischer Garten are waiting to be explored right round the corner, offering a good alternative to the usual city tour.

Most of our apartments are in the main house. But there are also other apartments a few streets away. If it is important for you to stay in the main house, please let us know.

Room information

The apartments include a dining area, Sofa bed and a stereo system (radio and CD/DVD) as well as many other common facilities.

The kitchen includes an oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, a kettle and crockery.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, the first two nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the hotel rooms only and costs EUR 10.00 per hour.
