All our rooms and suites (for long term stay) are fully furnished and air-conditioned. We offer a sumptuous breakfast buffet and a kettle with free tea and coffee.

Tourists information

Coming from the Westautobahn (A1) you take the direction to the center, always straight Wientalstraße - Hackinger Kai, Hietzinger Kai, Schönbrunner Schloßstraße, Schönbruner Straße. Turn right into Rechte Wienzeile then right again into Schikanedergasse.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per night and person in a baby cot.
Extra beds are not available.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
