The underground station U2 (at Schttentor square) and many other tramway lines are in 1 minute of walking distance away.

Route Describtion:
From West-Train-Station(Westbahnhof):
You take U6(direction Floridsdorf) till "Währinger Straße/Volksoper". There you change to tramway line 40, 41 or 42 till "Schwarzspanierstraße". We are on Währinger Straße No. 12


From Airport:
With Shuttle-bus: till “Schwedenplatz” (Underground station U4), then with Underground U4 till U2 "Schottenring" , from there U2 (direction Karlsplatz) only one station till the station U2 "Schottentor/University". There take tramway no. 38, 40, 41 or 42 only one station ( or on foot , 1 min. walking till Währinger Straße No. 12 ).

With Taxi: Taxi fee is about 35,- EURO

From South-Train-Station (Südbahnhof):
You take the tramway " D" direction "Nüssdorf", get out at "Schottentor/University" and take tramway 38, 40, 41 or 42 only one station ( or by foot , 1 min. walking till No. 12 )


From West Highway ( A1 ):
Direction center always straight out, up to the struggle race (state opera), there left into the opera ring , to Shottenring /University, there left into the Waehringer Street and up to the house number 12

From south Highway ( A2 ):
Direction center always straight out, over Triesteratrasse until Matzleinsdorferplatz, there left in the Margareten Guertel, up to the Waehringer Guertel, there after the AKH Hospital (allgemeines Krakenhaus) right into the Waehringer Street. We are opposite Votivkirche on house number 12 ( near to the rong street)

From Prag Highway ( A 22 ) :
You arrived in Vienna then take the EXIT 7 ( fromthe highway A22 ) direction Guertel. Keep stright direction center. At Nussdorfer Street turn to left to Währinger street: We are on no. 12

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
