Our hotel has well designed rooms and offers a variety of facilities. Many of our rooms have a beautiful view of the garden and some have a balcony.

Our hotel owns a private parking area which you can use for free as you are a guest of the house. There is also the possibilities for parking for buses or larger vehicles. We also offer an excellent buffet breakfast and a relaxing atmosphere in Vienna's green residential area.

Room information

Our rooms are comfortable and guarantee a quiet and refreshing sleep. On request there are non-smoking rooms available as well as rooms with a bath.

Every day from 06:30 to 09:30 our rich buffet offers different kinds of possibilities to start the day: Bread & different bakery products, cakes, marmalade (also diet), omelette, boiled eggs, 3 different sorts of meat & cheese, muesli, cereals, yoghurt & fruit salad, vegetables, selected teas, fruit juices and more.

Hotel bar:
Our bar is from 15:00 till 22:30. Beside drinks you can also enjoy small snacks, tea or coffee. After closing-time we have a coffee-machine and a machine for refreshments near the bar.

Tourists information

By Car:
- Take the higway A2 in the direction of the centre to junction Inzersdorf direction A23, about 2 km exit Altmannsdorf.
- From the higway A23 exit Altmannsdorf turn left in the direction of Vösendorf, Eisenstadt, Laxenburg.
- After 600 metres, at the first traffic light, turn left (Anton Baumgartnerstraße), and then the second street to the right, Schuppengasse Number 19-21.

By train:
Nearest Underground Station U6 'Alt Erlaa'.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 6 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas only and is free of charge.
