Located on the sunny side of Zell am See, in a quiet, yet central setting with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and Lake Zeller See.

Our new restaurant, café and holiday hotel was opened in the winter of 2005. Look forward to your stay in a modern suite and to a dinner at the on-site restaurant with sun terrace and a wonderful panorama view of Lake Zeller and the mountains.

Nature, wellness and relaxation as well as culinary delights help create holidays to remember, surrounded by stunning nature, quietness and the wonderful view of the mountains. Our hotel features a wonderful location above Zell am See, only five minutes by car to the city centre.

Room information

We offer 11 modern suites with private saunas and balcony or terrace (size of 45 to 70 m²). They consist of 1 or 2 living rooms, a kitchenette, a bathroom with separate WC, as well as a lake or mountain view.

Food and beverages

Our stylish cooking blends Mediterranean and regional dishes. Our restaurant Sonnberg stands for modern creative cuisine and offers fresh quality products that are prepared with attention to detail. Of course we also have excellent wines on offer.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 6 to 11 years are charged EUR 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the hotel rooms only and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free Private parking is possible on site.
