Enjoy your welcome cocktail and champagne breakfast on Sundays. The hotel offers a delicious breakfast buffet, with an organic produce section and fresh fruit, every day. In the evening, you have a choice of a 4-course dinner as well as a cheese board and salad bar. Once a week, the chefs prepare a scrumptious Tyrolean farmer’s buffet or theme buffet. Romantics can take pleasure in the weekly candle light dinners.

Kitzbühel town centre is within walking distance of the hotel. Attend the Austrian Open tennis tournament in summer or the annual alpine skiing World Cup in winter. Located between the mountains Hahnenkamm and Kitzbühler Horn, the town is one of Austria’s most celebrated winter resorts.

- Coming from Munich take the A9 motorway direction of Salzburg.
- Change unto the A93 Inntal motorway and follow it until exit Kufstein Süd.
- Follow the national highway 178 (formerly B312) direction of Eiberg/St.
Johann.
- Change unto national highway 161 until you reach Kitzbühel.

- Coming from Salzburg follow the national highway until Walserberg border
crossing.
- Change unto national highway 21, direction of Bad Reichenhall/Steinpaß,
until the Unken border crossing.
- Change unto national highway B178 (previously B312), direction of St.
Johann.
- Change unto national highway 161 until you reach Kitzbühel.

- Coming from Innsbruck take the A12 Inntal motorway, direction of Kufstein.
- Take exit Wörgl Ost and follow the national highway B178 (formerly B312), direction
of St. Johann.
- Change unto national highway 161 until you reach Kitzbühel.

Uwagi

Please note that, due to extensive renovations, this hotel is only fully open as of December 2007. However, the new Hahnenkamm rooms are already bookable since February 2007. Until reconstruction is finished, there is no restriction in the daily hotel-schedule.

For short stays (less than 4 nights) € 35 per person per stay will be charged directly at the hotel.

Zasady anulowania

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 6 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 13 to 15 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 0.79 city/tourist tax per person older than 16 years per night is not included.

Internet: No internet access available.

Meal Plan: Half board is included in the room rate.

Parking: Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 7.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
