The rooms and suites are mostly decorated with light pine-wood or dark stained oakwood, the majority of rooms has a balcony, all rooms, superior rooms and suites are with bath or shower and separate toilet, radio, cable-TV with an info channel, panorama-weather info, ISDN phone and high speed wireless internet. The suits have an additional living-room, partially a fire-place. All rooms have a minibar, hair-dryer and safe.

The Alpenhotel is placed on the sunny side, directly in the pedestrian zone and in the middle of the skicircus, next to ski-schools, ski rental and ski lifts. In summer hiking- and Mountainbike tours can be started directly from the hotel.
Saalbach is situated in the heart of Austria, Salzburg Airport in 80 km distance-cheap Airport transfer is availiable.

Highway Wien, Linz, Salzburg take Exit Salzburg West. Route to Reichenhall, Schneizelreuth, Unken, Lofer, Saalfelden, Maishofen – Saalbach

From the south:
Highway Klagenfurt, Villach, Spittal, Tauerntunnel Exit Bischofshofen. Route to St. Johann in Pongau, Schwarzach, Zell am See (Tunnel), Maishofen - Saalbach

By Plane come to Salzburg Airport and tale the Holiday Shuttle
This is your comfortable transfer from Salzburg Airport to your hotel and back. The shuttle runs from Dec. 18th to Apr. 18th. 4 shuttles a day from Monday to Tuesday and 3 shuttles on Sunday. Book in Advance

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 3 to 6 years stay free of charge for extra beds.
All children from 7 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 1.10 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 6.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
