The „Landhaus Familie Strasser“ is situated in a unique and breathtaking location just above the centre of the village of Söll and has been completely restructured and refurbished in December 2005, to offer an even better experience to its guests.

In the midst of the amazing panorama of Söll am Wilden Kaiser, the “Landhaus Strasser” ideally combines Tyrolean charm and hospitality as well as being the perfect place for you to relax and “re-charge”.

Our concept is for you to enjoy a unique and unspoilt experience offering “more than just mountains”. We aim to combine Tyrolean culture, relaxation and well-being, to provide all our guests with the perfect holiday break.

Our appartment/double rooms are equipped with sky bed, natural wood soil, LCD-TV (SAT), Internet connection, partial balcony and central communication and supply areas (kitchen, seat-corner/family table).

Söll am Wilden Kaiser
… only a few miles away from Kufstein, at the border with Germany, Söll is ideally located in a sunny and wind-sheltered valley between the majestic mountains of Wilder Kaiser and Hohe Salve. In Söll you will get to know and enjoy real Tyrolean culture in its prime, intact and unspoilt nature and interesting and welcoming people.

However, due to being so close to the German border, you can drive free of charge (coming from Germany) up to the exit/junction of „Kufstein Süd“. From there onwards:
Motorway junction „Kufstein Süd“
take the B173 (Eibergbundesstraße) direction „Felbertauern“ until you arrive at Söll


By train/bus you can take a train up to Wörgl or Kufstein and then a bus from the train station (regular bus services available) time table train

Airport Munich – approx. 150 km/90 miles
(from there on, trains available to Kufstein)
Airport Innsbruck – approx. 90 km/55 miles
(from there on, trains available to Wörgl)
Airport Salzburg – approx. 80 km/45 miles
(from there on, trains available to Kufstein)
Airport Vienna – approx. 400 km/250 miles

Zasady anulowania

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms only and costs EUR 0.30 per hour.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 7.00 per person.

Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are allowed. No extra charges.
