Coming from the direction of Villach/Salzburg/Munich/ Illach:
- Take the Velden exit on the motorway
- Drive to the centre of Velden
- At the main square (flags in the middle) carry straight on heading for Pörtschach
- Drive past the Casino
- 200 metres after the Casino there is a Billa supermarket on the left
- 200 metres after the supermarket there is an Esso petrol station on the left, Barr-Memle is exactly opposite
(look for a large blue sign with "Apartment See-Hotel" in yellow)
- Drive up to Reception. At Reception there is a wall telephone, remove receiver

Coming from the direction of Vienna/Graz/Klangenfurt:
- Exit at Velden Ost
- Head for Velden
- After about 1 km there is an Esso petrol station on the right (at the start of the resort)
- Barry-Memle is exactly opposite. Follow instructions as above.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 2.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms only and costs EUR 0.50 per hour.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 7.00 per person.
Breakfast costs EUR 3.50 per child under 14 years.
