Enjoy the 4-star comfort of Hotel Wörthersee, situated directly at the lake with its own private beach. Our hotel is located at the lake promenade near the centre of Velden.

There are many restaurants nearby. Enjoy the sunny flair and spend a relaxed evening in one of the pubs and bars or in the casino Velden.

There is a private beach at the hotel. We offer free canvas chairs.

Guests can use the golf club Köstenberg and get a discount on the green fee.

Free use of the electric powered hotel boat.

Our ensuite double rooms are equipped with all common facilities including flat screen TV. 9 of the 15 rooms have a view of the lake and castle Velden.

We offer a varied breakfast buffet in the morning which you can also take with you in the garden pavilion or in your room. Room service is not available.

The Wörthersee Card is included in the rate. With the card you have free access to over 100 attractions including mountain and boat trips.

By car:
From Klagenfurt:
- After the restaurant/ hotel Alten Post Wrann turn left onto the sea promenade towards the public swimming pool/ Hotel Wörthersee.
- Follow the narrow street to the hotel.
- You can park in front of the hotel to unload your luggage and ask on reception for directions to the hotel car park.

From Villach:
- Drive via Casino Velden, Pizzaria Moro.
- After Hotel Hubertushof turn right onto the sea promenade. Then as above.

Directions to car park (3-4 minutes walking distance):
- Drive to the main street and turn right towards Klagenfurt. -
- Before the super market Billa turn left onto Bahnhofstraße, then left again onto Birkenallee (one way street).
- You will the sign to our car park.

Uwagi

We inform you, that we charge an additional cost (of EUR 4 & the regular price) for an extrabed, when made a booking for only 3 nights!

Please note that you should leave your room before 10:30 otherwise we have to debit you another night's stay.

Zasady anulowania

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
One child from 4 to 7 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
One child from 8 to 14 years is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
One older child or adult is charged EUR 60.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas only and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free Private parking is possible on site.
