The Hotel Alla Lenz is a family run Hotel with personal service close to the city centre. Museums, the Imperial Palace and Museumsquartier are within walking distance.
The hotel is situated close to the "Mariahilfer Strasse" (Viennas biggest shopping street), to the City Hall and to everykind of public transports (bus, underground, tram).
The hotel is equipped with parking area and garage, small indoorpool and aircondition.

Alla Lenz is pleased to welcome you at our Hotel. We are a family run Hotel and are delighted to meet the individual needs of our guests.
We offer comfortable renewed and quiet rooms with aircondition, shower, WC, hairdryer, telephone, cable-TV and minibar. Swimming-pool and terrace with deck-chairs will make your holidays much more pleasant. We offer also parking area and garage.
The excellent service and the quiet location close to the centre are the reasons why most of our guests become regular customers.

Only few facilities accessible for wheelchair use (no stairs, elevator)

Arriving from the airport:
Taxi pick up can be arranged
Or take the shuttle bus to "Westbahnhof" – take the underground line U6 (direction "Floridsdorf") - just 1 stop to "Burggasse/Stadthalle" From there, you walk in the direction of "Zentrum" (city center) approx. 5 minutes and you are in the "Halbgasse"! Follow the yellow signs "Alla Lenz"


Arriving by train at:
"Westbahnhof" (trains from Germany, Salzburg, Linz): Underground U6 - as mentioned above!
"Südbahnhof" (trains from Italy or Prague): Tram No. 18 to the end of the line "Burggasse/Stadthalle". From there, you walk in the direction of "Zentrum" approx. 5 minutes and you are in the "Halbgasse". Follow the yellow signs "Alla Lenz"

Arriving by car:
Highway A1 (from Germany, Salzburg) -- direction "Zentrum" - straight ahead - you pass "Schönbrunn-palace" continue to follow the signs for "Zentrum" until you arrive at the sign "Praha"! Turn left - follow this sign - past the railway station West "Westbahnhof" - shortly after that you arrive in the "Burggasse". Another sign for the "Zentrum" - turn right until you arrive at the "Halbgasse" (on the right). Follow the yellow signs "Alla Lenz"!

Highway A2 (from Italy, Graz): direction "Zentrum" – drive along the "Triester Straße" straight ahead - until you arrive at the signs for "Wiental" - "Gürtel-west". Turn left and follow the signs until you see a sign "Praha"- now follow this sign. Past the railway station West "Westbahnhof" – shortly afterwards you will arrive in the "Burggasse". There is the sign for "Zentrum"- turn right – in a short while you will arrive at the "Halbgasse" (on the right) Follow the yellow signs "Alla Lenz"

Highway A22 (from Praha): Direction "Gürtel" - follow the Gürtel until you arrive the "Burggasse" - turn left (direction "Zentrum") - shortly afterwards you arrive at the "Halbgasse" (on the right) Follow the yellow signs "Alla Lenz"

Highway A4 (from Budapest, Airport): direction "Zentrum" - follow the "Ring" until you arrive at the "Parliament". Turn left into the "Volksgarten- straße" - straight ahead – follow the "Neustiftgasse" until you reach the "Kaiserstraße" – turn left and the first street left again into the "Burggasse". The "Halbgasse" will be the first street on the right (yellow signs)!

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Internet: No internet access available.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 15.00 per day.
