The Altstadt Vienna occupies a converted house firmly entrenched in one of Vienna’s best neighbourhoods - the “Spittelberg” - a district famous for its art, shops, culinary and culture activities and just next to the Museumsquartier. Our 4-star-house has a very personal atmosphere and our rooms and suites are all individually decorated presenting an excellent blend of Modern Art and traditional Viennese style. You will find a different kind of travelling experience when you choose our hotel.

Altstadt mieści się w arystokratycznym budynku w jednej z najstarszych wiedeńskich dzielnic, Spittelberg. W okolicy, która znajduje się blisko miasta, panuje historyczny nastrój. Do stacji metra jest kilka minut drogi, a do jednej z najlepszych dzielnic handlowych Wiednia, Mariahilferstrasse, jest 5 minut drogi.

Dysponujemy pokojami i apartamentami, z których każdy został inaczej urządzony. Jesienią 2006 roku dziewięć nowych pokoi, zaprojektowanych przez włoskiego mistrza architektury Matteo Thun zostało oddanych do użytku, dodają one elegancji i przytulności Altstadt.

W czerwonym salonie w angielskim stylu podawane jest wyśmienite śniadanie w formie bufetu, Goście mogą odpocząć przy otwartym kominku. Popołudniu podawana jest bezpłatna herbata i ciasto.

We wszystkich pokojach obowiązuje zakaz palenia.

Zapraszamy na wspaniałe śniadanie w formie bufetu do czerwonego salonu, gdzie podawana jest także bezpłatna herbata i ciasto przy kominku. Wieczorem w barze można odpocząć przy drinku. Dosłownie za rogiem Spittelberg można znaleźć różne wspaniałe restauracje.

Altstadt Vienna mieści się w wyjątkowo cichej dzielnicy, zaledwie 5 minut drogi od stacji metra.

Do znanej na całym świecie Ringstrasse, niegdyś byłych murów obronnych oraz do Museumsquarter można dojść w ciągu 5-10 minut.

Największa dzielnica handlowa Wiednia i różne restauracje, z których słynie miasto, znajdują się w pobliżu.

Driving direction from the west

Coming from the west, the "Westautobahn" (A1), please follow the signs to city center. You pass the "Schloss Schoenbrunn" (the summer palace) on the right hand side and you continue going straight ahead until you reach the "Guertel". Make a left (direction Prag) and always go straight ahead on the "Guertel". After you have passed "Westbahnhof" (west train station) on the right, turn right into the next big street direction city center, the "Burggasse". At the fourth traffic light, turn left into the "Kirchengasse". Our house - Kirchengasse 41 - is the second on the left hand side, easy to find because of our red canopy.

Driving direction from the south

Coming from the south, the "Suedautobahn" (A2), please follow the signs to the city center, which brings you finally to the "Ringstrasse". Follow the "Ringstrasse", pass by the State Opera on the right hand side on the "Opernring" and turn left at the next traffic light into the "Babenbergerstrasse". Go straight ahead on "Babenbergerstrasse" and you will directly "Mariahilferstrasse", a large shopping street. After 300 meters, at the left hand side you reach a church, where you have to turn right to "Kirchengasse". After the third traffic light you find us on the left hand side - Kirchengasse 41 - easy to find because of our red canopy.

Driving direction from the east

Coming from the east, the "Ostautobahn" (A4), please follow the signs to the city center, which brings you finally to the "Ringstrasse". Follow the "Ringstrasse", pass by the State Opera on the right hand side on the "Opernring" and turn left at the next traffic light into the "Babenbergerstrasse". Go straight ahead on "Babenbergerstrasse" and you will directly "Mariahilferstrasse", a large shopping street. Driving direction from the airport Wien-Schwechat

We can organise a pick-up service from the airport for you. The rate is EURO 34,-- per car. Please let us know your departure destination, your arrival time and date as well as your flight number. You could also use public transport. Every 20 to 30 minutes there are buses, the train (S7) or the CAT (City Airport Train) leaving to the City Air Terminal "Wien-Mitte". The rate is between EURO 6,-- and 10,-- per person and the duration between 16 (CAT) and 30 minutes. From "Wien-Mitte" please take the subway number 3 (U3) until "Volkstheater". Take the exit "Burggasse" and follow "Burggasse" for about 5 to 7 minutes. After the second traffic light, turn left into the "Kirchengasse". You can find us - Kirchengasse 41 - easily because of our red canopy.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Private parking is possible on streets nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 18.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
